About the role
B2B Account Manager
FnV Lifestyle is a health lifestyle brand making fresh fruits and vegetables convenient for Nigerian families. We're pre-launch and building everything from scratch—kiosks, production, customer base, and team. This role owns the B2B sales pipeline from zero, targeting restaurants, hotels, and catering companies for standing-order revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the end-to-end B2B sales pipeline: cold outreach, lead generation, qualification, meetings, proposals, follow-up, and deal closure
- Maintain a healthy, active pipeline with consistent new opportunities
- Manage existing B2B customer relationships and conduct regular account reviews
- Lead four-week product trials and convert them into recurring standing-order agreements
- Coordinate with Production and Operations to ensure commitments align with capacity
- Provide weekly pipeline updates and honest performance reporting to co-founders
- Support team development and demonstrate flexibility on broader business needs
Requirements
- Minimum HND from an accredited institution
- 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, business development, or similar commercial role
- Experience selling to restaurants, hotels, catering, FMCG, or hospitality (strong advantage)
- Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person visits, and structured negotiation
- Valid driver's licence and willing to be on the road most days; some travel to Lagos and other cities
- Based in Port Harcourt or willing to relocate
- Persistent under rejection, quick to read people/situations, disciplined on pricing/ethics, honest, team player, resilient, self-motivated
