TalentForge Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive Ticketing and Tour Officer to handle travel bookings and coordinate tours, serving as the go-to person for flight/hotel reservations, tour planning, and ensuring guests have a smooth travel experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
• 3 years' experience in ticketing, travel agency, or tour operations
• Proficiency with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel routes and visa processes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Sales-oriented with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and online booking platforms

Salary

• ₦200,000 monthly
