A Field Collection Officer is responsible for supporting the Regional Sales Manager with field activities and territory operations. This role involves conducting field visits, assisting with customer follow-up and collection activities, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Sales Manager with field activities and territory operations.
• Conduct field visits within the assigned territory as required.
• Assist with customer/account follow-up and collection activities.
• Gather relevant field information and provide updates to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate records and submit reports on field activities and collections.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND with 0-2 years experience.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role.
• Familiar with or resident in their assigned territory.
• Good at communicating and interacting with customers.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Willing to support the Regional Sales Manager in achieving territory objectives.
