VELVOT NIGERIA LIMITED is hiring a Customer Service Officer. This role involves managing customer interactions and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to customers through various channels.
• Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintaining records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• SaaS/tech industry experience is an advantage
• CRM and customer relationship management skills

Salary: ₦250,000/month
