Sales Agent - Customer Service Division

Chikatina Hairs is recruiting a Sales Agent to join the Customer Care Division. The ideal candidate will respond to customer inquiries, process orders, resolve complaints, and drive sales through excellent customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, email, and other channels
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and recommendations
• Process customer orders accurately and follow up to ensure successful delivery
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into paying customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Support sales campaigns and promotional activities
• Provide feedback on customer concerns, preferences, and market trends
• Meet customer service and sales performance targets

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or related role is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and WhatsApp Business
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use customer management tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Competitive monthly salary of N100,000 plus performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities.
