About the role

Sales & Marketing Executive

Megalectrics is seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth across Radio and Digital platforms. You'll own client acquisition, manage existing accounts, and develop marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility and ad sales.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new advertising and sponsorship deals for radio and digital assets
  • Retain and grow existing client accounts; prepare proposals, media plans, and rate cards
  • Support design and execution of campaigns, promos, and brand activations to boost listenership and viewership
  • Monitor competitors, industry trends, and audience data to identify new revenue opportunities
  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets; report pipeline, conversions, and client feedback to management

Requirements

Education:

  • B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

  • 2+ years in media sales, agency sales, or FMCG/brand sales
  • Media broadcasting experience is advantageous

Skills:

  • Strong pitching and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, or Zoho Workspace
  • Knowledge of media planning is a plus

  • Presentable and comfortable with client meetings, events, and travel
