Digital Marketing Manager

Plug Entertainment is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth through integrated digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned to business and brand objectives
  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, X, and emerging platforms
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising across social and search channels
  • Leverage Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve conversion rates, retention, and revenue
  • Build and manage targeted email marketing programs for acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Collaborate on SEO strategy, keyword targeting, and website optimization to increase organic visibility and lead generation
  • Conduct market research, audience insights, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Analytics
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager (preferred)
