Group Operations Manager

Sales Force Consulting seeks an experienced Group Operations Manager to oversee factory production, maintenance operations, and administration across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and achievement of organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise entire workflow of factory, administrative, and sales operations
• Ensure scheduled maintenance of machinery to minimize downtime
• Develop production planning and schedules in coordination with production and maintenance teams
• Establish and implement operating and quality standards
• Supervise and evaluate personnel performance; identify and execute training needs
• Determine and manage necessary resources (workforce, raw materials)
• Manage inventory procedures with transparency and comprehensiveness
• Manage customer relationships, ensure quality service delivery, and drive business development
• Oversee operations at facilities in Iyana-Ipaja (Lagos), Nteje, and Ekwulummili (Anambra State)
• Ensure timely financial reporting

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Management, or related field
• Minimum 15 years senior management experience, preferably in steel manufacturing
• Not less than 50 years of age
• Currently reside within Iyana-Ipaja, Ikeja, or Alimosho LGA or environs
• Must be available for physical interview within one week
• Based in Lagos
