Head of Accounts & Finance

Roundsquare Integrated Services Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head of Accounts & Finance to lead its finance function. The role involves supervising finance operations, including invoicing, receivables, payables, bank reconciliation, payroll verification, finance reporting, and accounting system updates. The candidate will also support coordination between Finance, Operations, Sales, Call Centre, HR/Admin, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise finance operations including invoicing, receivables, payables, bank reconciliation, payroll verification, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Call Centre, HR/Admin, and Compliance.
• Maintain and update accounting systems.
• Enforce finance SOPs, checklists, documentation standards, and internal controls.

Requirements

• First degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional qualification or active membership/student membership of ICAN, ACCA, or a recognized accounting body.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, receivables, payables, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• At least 2 to 3 years’ experience supervising or coordinating finance staff.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of invoicing, receivables, payables, payroll support, bank reconciliation, and finance documentation.
• Experience in a travel agency, aviation, hospitality, logistics, service business, or high-volume transaction environment.
• Good working knowledge of Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Sage, Excel, or other accounting systems.
• High integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail, and accountability.

Salary ₦600,000 monthly gross
