Outlet Manager – So Fresh Neighbourhood Market

Join So Fresh as an Outlet Manager and lead daily operations at our Ibadan location. We're a healthy food company committed to providing fresh, delicious, and nutritious food options across Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and provide leadership to team members
• Ensure adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures for food production and outlet operations
• Enforce food safety, quality policies, and compliance with standard recipes and measurements
• Monitor and optimize product quality, service levels, operating costs, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain hygiene standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on a shift-to-shift, bulk order, and event basis
• Interface with Head Office and cascade information effectively to the team
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to increase efficiency and reduce non-conformance
• Recommend measures to improve work procedures and team effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) or HND qualification in a related field
• 3–5 years of retail or food industry experience
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within food or retail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong cross-functional team collaboration skills
• Must live close to the work location (Oluyole, Ibadan)
