Business Intelligence Analyst

Eat N' Go Limited is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Business Intelligence & Analytics team in Lagos. You will be responsible for developing dashboards, analysing business performance and translating data into actionable recommendations that support commercial and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards
• Analyse business performance metrics and KPIs
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations
• Support commercial and operational decision-making through data analysis
• Perform forecasting and statistical analysis
• Create data visualizations and tell compelling data stories
• Manage stakeholder relationships and present findings

Requirements

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Commercial Analytics or Performance Reporting
• Advanced SQL skills
• Power BI, DAX and Power Query proficiency
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• KPI development and performance analysis expertise
• Forecasting and statistical analysis capabilities
• Data visualisation and storytelling skills
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
