About the role

Van Sales Representative

The Van Sales Representative is responsible for executing sales in assigned routes and territories, distributing products, and driving the company van. You will map out routes, identify new customers and growth opportunities, and achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Map out routes and identify new territories, customers, and growth opportunities
  • Deliver company products to customers along assigned routes
  • Generate orders, issue invoices, and collect payments
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company
  • Ensure the van is roadworthy before departure
  • Maintain accurate stock records
  • Maintain good customer relationships and escalate complaints appropriately

Requirements

  • Minimum HND in any field
  • 2–5 years of experience in FMCG or direct sales
  • Valid driver's license with excellent knowledge of Nigeria's road routes
  • Ability to drive long distances
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Accountability and grit
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Risk analysis capability
  • Fluent in English and at least one Nigerian local dialect
  • Male preferred
