About the role
Sales Manager
Pullus Africa Solutions Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales function and drive revenue growth across Nigeria's poultry and agritech market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Define and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify new markets and high-value customer segments (B2B and B2C)
- Acquire and grow accounts with QSRs, retailers, hotels, and institutions
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships for long-term customer retention
- Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs
- Recruit, train, and manage Sales Executives and Account Officers
- Set KPIs, track performance, and coach team members
- Monitor CRM dashboards, sales pipelines, and client interactions
- Track competitor activity and market trends
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, QA, and Finance teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7–10 years' sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong B2B and B2C customer acquisition background, preferably in FMCG or agribusiness
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
