Sales Manager

Pullus Africa Solutions Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales function and drive revenue growth across Nigeria's poultry and agritech market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
  • Define and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Identify new markets and high-value customer segments (B2B and B2C)
  • Acquire and grow accounts with QSRs, retailers, hotels, and institutions
  • Negotiate contracts and partnerships for long-term customer retention
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs
  • Recruit, train, and manage Sales Executives and Account Officers
  • Set KPIs, track performance, and coach team members
  • Monitor CRM dashboards, sales pipelines, and client interactions
  • Track competitor activity and market trends
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, QA, and Finance teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7–10 years' sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Strong B2B and B2C customer acquisition background, preferably in FMCG or agribusiness
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
