Digital Marketing Manager

Kingford Homes is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos. You will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support property sales.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns
• Manage social media channels and create scheduled content
• Oversee email marketing campaigns
• Coordinate paid advertising across digital platforms
• Track and analyze performance metrics using web analytics tools
• Report campaign results to leadership
• Collaborate with sales, design, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging

Requirements

• Strong foundation in Digital Marketing and general Marketing
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning and paid social campaigns
• Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation and sales funnel nurturing
• Experience with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate or property-related marketing
• Familiarity with the Lagos market
