Customer Service Representative (Sales & Client Relations)

Blueprint Shelter is seeking a smart, customer-focused, and target-driven Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving property sales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries
• Provide accurate information on the company's properties, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities
• Convert enquiries into sales through effective follow-up and relationship management
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
• Schedule and coordinate site inspections and follow up with clients to close sales
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system
• Generate referrals and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales reports
• Represent the company professionally at all times and support marketing and promotional activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline
• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in customer service, sales, or a related role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for sales
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
