About the role
Customer Service Representative (Sales & Client Relations)
Blueprint Shelter is seeking a smart, customer-focused, and target-driven Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving property sales.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries
- Provide accurate information on the company's properties, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities
- Convert enquiries into sales through effective follow-up and relationship management
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
- Schedule and coordinate site inspections and follow up with clients to close sales
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system
- Generate referrals and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales reports
- Represent the company professionally at all times and support marketing and promotional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in customer service, sales, or a related role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for sales
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
