Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing HR records, coordinating training and development initiatives, and supporting managers in workforce planning and talent retention. The role also involves handling payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance, ensuring consistent application of company policies, and promoting a positive, inclusive work culture.

Requirements

- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage
- Proven experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Experience using HR software and MS Office tools
