HC INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS NIGERIA LTD is seeking a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Care & Data Entry Officer. The role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting the sales and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers' inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Provide customers with accurate information about the company's services and processes.
• Follow up with customers and ensure their questions or complaints are properly addressed.
• Record and update customer information accurately.
• Maintain and organize customer records and other relevant data.
• Monitor and update customer information when necessary
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service

Requirements

• Must have great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must live close to Lagos Island or be able to commute conveniently to Lagos Island every day.
• Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Must be organized and pay attention to details.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Previous experience in customer service, data entry, administration, or a related role is an advantage.

Salary ₦150,000 monthly + other incentives and bonuses
