UrbanWish Ltd is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market execution and drive growth for their two-sided marketplace platform ahead of public launch. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and can balance strategy with execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute launch marketing strategy for Lagos and Abuja
• Drive user acquisition through paid ads, SEO, influencer partnerships, and content marketing
• Support provider acquisition campaigns in collaboration with sales teams
• Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other channels
• Own SEO and content strategy to grow organic traffic
• Build and maintain consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
• Oversee creation of marketing assets (landing pages, emails, videos, social content)
• Manage CRM, email campaigns, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
• Track and optimize performance metrics (traffic, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, revenue)
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and external partners
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Requirements

Required:

• 2–5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or brand marketing
• Experience working in startups, marketplaces, fintech, travel, or consumer internet businesses
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels, and analytics
• Proven experience executing campaigns in Nigeria or similar emerging markets
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience marketing a two-sided marketplace
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools
• Experience working with influencers and creators
• Early-stage startup or launch experience
