Security Officer

Supervise and coordinate daily activities, training of security guards. Manage power systems to ensure uninterrupted power. Conduct safety inductions, hazard identifications, and HSE/security incident investigations. Maintain security records, review emergency protocols, and investigate customer/staff complaints. Inspect, monitor, and ensure safe installation of surveillance, security, and power equipment. Liaise with HR and QHSE teams and compile reports for management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities, training of security guards.
• Manage primary and secondary power systems (generators and inverters) to ensure uninterrupted power.
• Conduct safety inductions, hazard identifications, and HSE/security incident investigations.
• Maintain security records, review emergency protocols, and investigate customer/staff complaints.
• Inspect, monitor, and ensure safe installation of surveillance, security, and power equipment.
• Liaise with HR and QHSE teams and compile reports for management.

Requirements

• Minimum OND in a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Security Officer, Supervisor, or team lead.
• High physical fitness, stamina, and ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership, crisis-management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in security protocols, surveillance systems, and emergency response.
