About the role

Customer Service Executive - Social Media

Sun King is hiring a Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions across social media platforms and drive customer engagement and sales conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media channels
  • Provide solutions-oriented assistance that addresses customer needs while maintaining Sun King's brand voice and tone
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers through social media interactions to advance them through the sales journey
  • Partner with sales and customer experience teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects and resolution of escalated concerns
  • Represent Sun King's mission and values in all online interactions, fostering positive digital engagement
  • Document interactions through detailed call notes, reports, and data logs; escalate complex issues to relevant teams
  • Track and report on customer feedback trends and recurring concerns

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, social media management, telesales, or similar role
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Ability to speak local language
  • Familiarity with social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, email
  • Experience with CRM tools, particularly Zendesk and Ameyo
  • Strong people skills and partnership mindset
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
