Content Creator / Social Media Manager

Arkbridge Integrated Limited is hiring a Content Creator/Social Media Manager to develop engaging content and manage social media platforms, strengthening brand presence and supporting marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and curate high-quality content (posts, tweets, stories, etc.) aligned with brand voice
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
• Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms
• Handle social media crises and negative feedback professionally
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Communications, Customer Service)
• Stay updated with latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting
• Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
• Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content using SEO guidelines
• Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise company and products
• Interview industry professionals and incorporate views in blog posts
• Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
• Update company website as needed

Requirements

• BSc./HND in any field of study (minimum Second Class Lower or equivalent for HND holders)
• 1–3 years' proven work experience as a content creator/social media manager
• Social media platform expertise (algorithms, user demographics knowledge)
• Adaptability to trends and proactive mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Creative and fast thinking
• Content creation/social media certification (optional, but advantageous)

Salary

N200,000 per month (slightly negotiable) plus added benefits
