About the role
Customer Service Personnel
We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Officer to handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, coordinate requests, and provide exceptional support. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining strong relationships with clients and supporting efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services
- Record customer interactions and update records in the system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Generate revenue by converting leads and closing sales where applicable
- Maintain updated customer records and call logs
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of an HND
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English
- Full-time availability (8am–5pm)
Salary
NGN 150,000 – 250,000 per month
