About the role

Customer Service Personnel

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Officer to handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, coordinate requests, and provide exceptional support. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining strong relationships with clients and supporting efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly
  • Provide accurate information about the company's products and services
  • Record customer interactions and update records in the system
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
  • Generate revenue by converting leads and closing sales where applicable
  • Maintain updated customer records and call logs

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of an HND
  • 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English
  • Full-time availability (8am–5pm)

Salary

NGN 150,000 – 250,000 per month
