Marketplace Sales & Account Manager

MANO Africa is recruiting a Marketplace Sales & Account Manager to join our ultra-fast grocery delivery platform. We are Africa's first Integrated Grocery E-shop, combining sophisticated technology with quick commerce to deliver orders within 30 minutes.

Role Overview

As a Marketplace Sales & Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and managing key accounts within our eCommerce platform. You will work with our network of riders and logistics to ensure efficient delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketplace accounts and drive sales growth
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
• Support the eCommerce platform operations
• Coordinate with the logistics and rider network

Requirements

• Sales and account management experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with eCommerce or marketplace platforms preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
