About the role

Sales & Digital Marketing Executive

FMR AGENCY is seeking a Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting products through sales and digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through field prospecting, site visits, referrals, and industry networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular client visits to generate leads and strengthen customer relationships
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales enquiries
  • Manage digital marketing and sales channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business
  • Respond to customer enquiries, qualify leads, and convert prospects into sales opportunities
  • Coordinate customer orders and delivery schedules with operational teams
  • Monitor customer accounts and support receivables follow-up
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and pipeline reports
  • Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and identify emerging opportunities
  • Support tender submissions and business development initiatives
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while delivering excellent customer service

Requirements

  • HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or field sales in construction, manufacturing, building materials, or technical product environments
  • Experience in concrete, cement, construction materials, or industrial sales is advantageous
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools
  • Strong networking, prospecting, and business development capabilities
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and time management skills
  • Active LinkedIn presence and familiarity with WhatsApp Business
