Kitchen Assistant

Perform food preparation tasks including prepping, treating, and processing fresh produce and proteins for shift-based kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Prep and treat fresh produce and vegetables (dicing, cracking, scraping, mixing, grating, etc.) for each shift
• Perform food preparation and processing in the central kitchen
• Produce proteins, beverages, and other food items
• Maintain food safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum SSCE certificate or equivalent
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work on a shift basis and weekends
• Genuine interest in production of healthy meals
• Must live close to work location (Ikoyi and environs)
• Kitchen/food production experience is an added advantage
