Sales Advisor - Gas Tech Equipment
Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor to grow Gas Tech Equipment orders in Nigeria by maximizing profitability and increasing market share.
Responsibilities
- Grow Gas Tech Equipment orders with assigned customers and hit annual Orders Plan while securing profitable orders
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and EPCs by understanding their needs
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of Baker Hughes offerings
- Maximize competitiveness of Baker Hughes solutions to achieve target market share according to company strategy
- Foster commercialization of new products and technologies in coordination with Strategy & Growth team
- Contribute to annual budget forecasting to meet regional sales objectives
- Identify emerging markets, market shifts, and monitor new products and competition status
- Engage, influence and drive multiple external and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (preferably in Engineering)
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Oil & Gas market
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas equipment such as rotating equipment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage, influence and drive multiple external and internal stakeholders
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
- Completed NYSC (National Youth Service Corps)
