About the role
Sales Executive
First Excelsia is seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth by promoting logistics and transportation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Promote logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions to prospective clients
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to maximize conversion rates
- Monitor customer satisfaction, address client concerns, and ensure excellent after-sales service
- Prepare and submit regular sales activity, pipeline, and performance reports
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent relationship management and customer engagement abilities
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
