About the role

Sales Executive

First Excelsia is seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth by promoting logistics and transportation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Promote logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions to prospective clients
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets
  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to maximize conversion rates
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, address client concerns, and ensure excellent after-sales service
  • Prepare and submit regular sales activity, pipeline, and performance reports
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of proven sales experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent relationship management and customer engagement abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
