Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale survey and feedback datasets
• Build machine learning and NLP models for segmentation, sentiment analysis, and prediction
• Design experiments that measure tangible impact
• Translate insights into product decisions that ship
• Communicate findings to product teams and stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong hypothesis-driven thinking and statistical rigor
• Proficiency with confusion matrices and model evaluation
• Ability to explain technical results to non-technical audiences
