Sales Executive (Port Harcourt)

ReelFruit is seeking a driven Sales Executive to lead revenue growth and market penetration in Port Harcourt. You will generate leads, convert prospects, build customer relationships, and execute regional sales strategies to support the company's expansion objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify potential clients within assigned territory
• Develop and execute structured prospecting plans to attract new business
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Understand customer needs and propose aligned business solutions
• Manage accounts to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Conduct discovery calls and in-person presentations
• Handle objections and negotiate contracts to close deals
• Execute strategic sales plans as defined by the Sales Manager
• Gather client feedback and analyze competitor activity to refine tactics
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and reports
• Stay current with industry trends and maintain strong product knowledge

Requirements

• HND, B.Sc., or B.A. in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in FMCG sales (dried fruits or food industry preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze and solve problems using data
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-focused mindset
• Collaborative approach with strong work ethic
• Proficient in reporting and performance tracking
