Social Media and Content Manager

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media & Content Manager to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with content creation, social media management, community engagement, and digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media and content strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars across relevant social media platforms.
• Create engaging content including written posts, graphics, photos, reels, short-form videos, and other digital assets.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, articles, and other social media copy.
• Capture and edit quality photos and videos for social media.
• Build and manage an engaged online community by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries.
• Develop strategies to grow followers, reach, engagement, and overall digital presence.
• Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and platform developments and identify growth opportunities.
• Support digital campaigns, events, programmes, and other marketing initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging content formats, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging social media content from concept to execution.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant content creation or social media management tools.
