Customer Service Representative (Remote)

We're seeking an experienced, tech-savvy Customer Service Representative with fluent English and a clear, professional speaking accent to handle customer communications across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, live chats, and CRM inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues while delivering excellent customer service
  • Work with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction

Requirements
