JIEKO Machinery is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, engagement, and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, content scheduling, and engagement on Facebook Business Page and exclusive VIP customer groups.
• Share company updates, product information, technical articles, and industry news.
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries via social platforms, conduct initial needs assessment, and lead qualification.
• Develop, shoot, edit, and publish engaging video content for TikTok.
• Identify, initiate, and manage relationships with relevant industry KOLs.
• Host regular live sessions on Facebook and TikTok showcasing products, industry insights, and promotions.
• Produce compelling marketing copy, visuals, and videos tailored for various digital platforms and campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and content updates across all relevant social channels.
• Track key metrics and provide insights to optimize campaign performance and audience growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, specifically within the packaging machinery, commercial micro oven, industrial equipment, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing Facebook Business Suite, TikTok content creation/editing/publishing, and LinkedIn/YouTube marketing.
• Strong copywriting, visual content creation (basic graphic design/video editing), and live presentation skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Suite basics.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple platforms and content calendars.
• Professional demeanor and presentable appearance, comfortable representing the brand on live video and in KOL/networking engagements.
• Must have completed NYSC (full discharge certificate). Applications without work experience will not be considered.
• Full-time positions only – no part-time or remote work.
• Previous experience with a Chinese company is an advantage.
