Sales & Customer Service Officer

We are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Officer to manage customer engagement, drive sales, and maintain positive client relationships through multiple channels including phone, chat, social media, and in-store interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and social media platforms
• Manage in-store and online sales while building strong customer relationships
• Create and publish sales-driven content for social media and digital platforms
• Handle day-to-day management of the brand's social media accounts

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: SSCE/ND
• 1 year of experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service orientation
• Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage social media engagement
• Must reside within Ikeja or its environs

Salary: NGN 70,000 - 150,000 monthly
