Chief Operating Officer

Lonadek is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to coordinate business units, drive strategy execution, and lead revenue and contract delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business units including Engineering, Training, Consultancy, Outsourcing, HCDI, Finance, HR, and Business Development
• Translate business strategy into operational plans, KPIs, and performance monitoring
• Drive revenue and contract delivery, working closely with Business Development
• Lead senior management collaboration and report to the Principal Consultant
• Represent Lonadek with key clients, partners, regulators, and stakeholders

Requirements

• 15+ years' progressive experience, preferably in engineering, technology, energy, oil & gas, consulting, or B2B service environments
• At least 7–10 years in senior management/leadership positions
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple business units or complex operations
• Proven experience managing P&L or significant commercial responsibilities
• Strong business development and commercial strategy experience
• Track record of converting strategy into measurable results
• Experience with international partners/OEMs is desirable
• Experience in Nigeria's oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, or technology ecosystem is highly desirable
