Marketing and Content Lead

Home Fairy Technologies Limited is seeking a Marketing and Content Lead to drive awareness, growth, and engagement across digital channels. You'll develop and execute content strategies that educate accommodation providers, agents, and travelers while building a strong brand presence for the platform.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, videos, and community channels
• Develop marketing campaigns that attract accommodation providers, agents, and platform users
• Communicate Home Fairy Tech's mission of simplifying accommodation discovery and booking
• Manage and grow online communities, including agent and property owner networks
• Plan and oversee content calendars, product launches, and promotional campaigns
• Track marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on results
• Work closely with product, sales, and partnerships teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Build brand awareness and position Home Fairy Tech as a trusted accommodation marketplace

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, brand management, or related role
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Experience managing content across multiple channels (websites, blogs, social media, email, digital advertising)
• Experience leading teams, agencies, or cross-functional projects is preferred
• Full proficiency in English

Salary

₦250,000 – ₦400,000 per month
