Senior Full Stack Developer

Havana Group is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong front-end and back-end expertise, plus a solid understanding of mobile application development. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, building and maintaining front-end and back-end systems, and working with databases, server-side technologies, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performing web applications
• Build and maintain front-end and back-end systems with seamless integration
• Develop clean, efficient, reusable, well-documented code
• Design and implement APIs and integrations across web, mobile, and third-party services
• Contribute to mobile application development and maintenance
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and mobile compatibility
• Work with databases, server-side technologies, and cloud/server environments
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bugs
• Conduct code reviews and maintain quality/security standards
• Write and maintain automated tests; conduct UI and functional testing
• Participate in system architecture and technical planning
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other teams
• Manage the full software development lifecycle
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior/mid-level developers

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline (Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT preferred)
• 4+ years' professional experience in full-stack software development
• Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Strong back-end experience (Node.js, Python, Java, C#, PHP, or similar)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and backend architecture
• Experience with relational/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Good understanding of mobile app development (React Native, Flutter, or native)
• Experience with Git and version control
• Experience with deployment, hosting, cloud platforms, or CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience building and launching production-level applications is highly desirable

Salary ₦250,000 – ₦400,000 monthly
