Sales Operations Manager

Assist to Hire Limited is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to drive growth in the HR outsourcing business. You'll identify new business prospects, build client relationships, and manage outsourcing operations in recruitment and payroll services.

Responsibilities

• Utilize market research to identify new business prospects and make contact
• Develop cost-effective strategies for finding new business opportunities in collaboration with management
• Source potential customers seeking recruitment or payroll outsourcing
• Produce business improvement proposals for existing clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business stakeholders
• Contact prospective clients to establish rapport and schedule meetings
• Analyze recruitment process discrepancies and implement solutions
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Supervise internal staff to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in staff recruitment to meet client expectations
• Manage staff payroll and benefits
• Maintain and grow staff strength for existing clients through effective relationship management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in Business Development within the Manpower/Outsourcing industry
• Previous experience as a Business Development Officer or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills
• Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Strong business acumen

Salary

N350,000 – N400,000 per month
