About the role
The Moment of Truth Talent Series, a business reality show empowering underrepresented entrepreneurs, disabled innovators, and student founders, is seeking a high-energy Event Marketing Manager to drive audience growth, brand visibility, and candidate conversion for its training programs — leading end-to-end event strategy and integrated marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Plan, budget, and execute preview sessions, masterclasses, workshops, and networking mixers
- Oversee event production: venue sourcing, AV setup, vendor management, and guest flow
- Host and moderate virtual webinars, info sessions, and live streams
- Design and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social ads, PR) to drive registrations
- Collaborate with content team on landing pages, flyers, and promotional videos
- Segment and target founder demographics across startup hubs and corporate networks
- Implement lead-capture systems (QR forms, CRM tagging, check-in apps)
- Manage post-event follow-up and convert attendees into enrolled participants
- Track key event metrics (CPL, turnout rates, conversion rates, ROAS)
Requirements
- 3–5 years' proven experience in event marketing, campaign management, or growth marketing (tech hub, business accelerator, or corporate training background preferred)
- Strong track record organizing physical events (50–300+ attendees) and virtual masterclasses
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Zoom Webinars, and CRM systems (HubSpot/Zoho)
- Exceptional vendor management, budget control, and problem-solving skills
- Persuasive copy editing and strong public presentation/hosting confidence
Salary ₦300,000 gross monthly (base) + performance-linked bonuses
