Royal Elysaa Hotel is seeking a Food Safety / QA Officer to ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain food safety protocols in the hotel's kitchen and dining areas.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to implement quality control measures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food safety or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
