About the role

Pack'N'Pay is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale B2C sales operations across multiple regions in Nigeria, with direct oversight of the Port Harcourt region. This role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on field execution, focusing on customer acquisition, revenue growth, market expansion, and adoption of the company's Pay Small Small (Osusu) consumer finance solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2C sales strategies driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion
  • Lead, coach, and manage Sales Supervisors and Sales Agents across Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, and future locations
  • Directly oversee sales activities in the Port Harcourt region
  • Build high-performance sales culture with clear accountability and results orientation
  • Establish sales processes, systems, and performance frameworks across all regions
  • Drive adoption of installment-based Pay Small Small offerings
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and repayment performance
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and performance updates
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Inventory teams
  • Set and track KPIs including revenue growth, sales targets, customer acquisition, conversion rates, collection efficiency, and portfolio quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of B2C sales experience in FMCG, retail, consumer finance, microfinance, or fintech
  • Minimum 3 years managing B2C sales teams across multiple locations
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in installment-based sales, consumer finance, hire purchase, or microfinance (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel regularly across assigned regions
  • MBA or professional certifications (advantageous)

Salary Competitive and negotiable based on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
