About the Role

EMEA is seeking a creative and commercially-minded Brand Strategist to drive growth in their gifting business through impactful campaigns, strategic brand positioning, and customer acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's brand strategy
• Create high-impact marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
• Build campaign concepts for major gifting moments (Employee Appreciation, Client Appreciation, End-of-Year Gifting, International Women's Day, Corporate Events & Celebrations)
• Collaborate with the Content & Social Media team to bring campaigns to life
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads
• Research customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities
• Track campaign performance and optimize for growth
• Support revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives
• Build partnerships and collaborations that amplify brand visibility

Requirements

• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and business growth
• Experience developing and executing successful campaigns
• Ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Data-driven decision-making ability
• Creative problem solver with commercial awareness
• Must currently reside in Lagos

Salary

₦250,000 monthly
