Head, Financial Planning & Balance Sheet Management

UBA Group is recruiting a Head of Financial Planning & Balance Sheet Management to join its Head Office in Lagos. This is a senior role at Deputy Manager to Manager grade level, ideal for an experienced finance professional with strong technical expertise.

Responsibilities

Manage financial planning and balance sheet operations for the organization. Lead strategic financial initiatives and oversee balance sheet management within a reputable financial institution.

Requirements

• Minimum Second Class Upper (2:2) degree in a numerate discipline
• Professional certification: ACA, ACCA, or CFA (mandatory)
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in Financial Planning and Balance Sheet Management
• MBA or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (advantageous)
