About the role

JV Management Consulting is seeking driven Sales Executives to join our team and accelerate revenue growth. You will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing new business while managing relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and digital channels
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide timely feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in CRM

Requirements

  • B.Sc. Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or direct marketing
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
