About the role

Business Development & Sales Manager

Kaya is hiring a Business Development & Sales Manager to drive B2B sales and grow key accounts in Lagos.

Responsibilities

  • Sell to offices, co-working spaces, hotels, schools, interior designers, and fit-out companies
  • Build partnerships with architects and facility managers to spec Kaya into projects
  • Close deals and grow accounts through reorders, upsells, and long-term relationships
  • Bring market insights back to inform product and pricing strategy

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of B2B/project sales experience in furniture, interiors, hospitality, or fit-out
  • Strong network in the Lagos corporate and interiors space (or ability to build one)
  • Strong prospecting and deal-nurturing skills
  • Self-starter mindset with data-driven approach

Salary

₦300,000 – ₦350,000 per month
