Team Lead

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Team Lead to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth business running within our hospitality organization. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, drive operational excellence, and ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining company standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of assigned teams
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns where necessary
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure a high standard of customer service
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability

Salary ₦250,000 per month
