About the role

Consumables & Recurring Revenue Business Solution Specialist (Sales)

Drive growth across healthcare consumables and recurring revenue solutions by developing strategic customer relationships, expanding product penetration, and securing long-term supply agreements with healthcare institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of healthcare consumables and recurring revenue solutions
  • Develop new customer accounts and expand existing relationships
  • Identify opportunities for long-term supply agreements
  • Manage customer engagements from prospecting to contract closure
  • Conduct product presentations and business reviews
  • Monitor inventory requirements and customer purchasing trends
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years experience in medical consumables, pharmaceuticals, healthcare products, or B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets

Salary

Competitive Base Salary (₦250,000 - ₦300,000 monthly) + Attractive Commission on Deals Closed + Performance Incentives + 13th Month Bonus + HMO + Other Benefits
