Tech Support Engineer / Tech Support Officer
A reputable healthcare sector organisation is seeking a result-driven Tech Support Engineer to join its team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical equipment.
Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical equipment
- Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns
- Train end users on equipment operation
- Travel for installations and on-site support as required
Requirements
- HND/B.Eng./B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related discipline
- Good communication and technical problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Understanding of healthcare compliance standards
- Ability to respond to emergency equipment breakdowns
- Willingness to travel for installations and support
