About the role

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage reception activities, provide exceptional customer service, and support day-to-day administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to visitors and customers professionally
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, enquiries, and appointments
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
  • Maintain visitor and customer records
  • Keep the reception area organized and presentable
  • Support general administrative and office coordination activities
  • Provide accurate information on the company's products and services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years' Customer Service or Front Office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
