About the role
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage reception activities, provide exceptional customer service, and support day-to-day administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors and customers professionally
- Manage incoming calls, emails, enquiries, and appointments
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
- Maintain visitor and customer records
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable
- Support general administrative and office coordination activities
- Provide accurate information on the company's products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years' Customer Service or Front Office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
