Account Associate

Stella Charles Pharmacy is a growing wholesale pharmacy startup seeking a motivated Account Associate to join our team. No prior work experience is required—just a willingness to learn, grow, and build a career in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recording daily financial transactions
• Prepare and maintain accounting records and reports
• Support invoicing, payments, and expense tracking
• Assist with bank reconciliations and the filing of documents
• Help maintain accurate inventory and financial records
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Accounting or a related field
• No prior work experience required
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Preferred candidate should reside in Ajah or nearby areas

Salary

NGN 70,000 – 150,000 per month
