IT Support Specialist

Hitech Construction Company Limited is hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintain IT infrastructure for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues
• Install and maintain hardware and software systems
• Manage IT ticketing systems and system maintenance
• Support Windows OS and Microsoft 365 environments
• Manage Active Directory and user access

Requirements

• 1–2 years of IT support experience
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
• Strong knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support
• Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, hardware/software installation, and system maintenance
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or ITIL)
